Determining the Strength of your Day Master

There are many ways to read and interpret the Bazi Chart as there are many methods. One way requires the determination of the Day Masters strength. Beside the classic way, there are many methods to determine the strength of the Day Master, The three common methods are:

日元 得令 Day Masters strength by Season

It is called "The Day Master in season", when the season of your Day Master and the season of your birth month are aligned. The alignment indicates a strong Day Master. To some, supportive seasons (nearby seasons) are also considered "in season". Further evaluation is required when your Day Master is out of season. Your Day Masters season is Spring and your birth month’s season is Summer which looks like your Day Master is out of season. Based on this method your Day Masters seasonal condition is 休 Dormant which is known as Weak.

日元 得地 Day Masters strength by Location

The 十二长生 (12 Life Phases), energy level indicator is one of the main methods to determine the strength of the elements.

Your month branch stage is 8, 死 Si (Death). The location is Out and the energy level of your stage is Weak.

日元 得势 Day Masters Strength by Formation

The amount of elements in your chart that strengthen or weaken your Day Masters energy is the strength indicator by formation.

Based on this method, your Day Master is considered as 弱格 Weak
